Submerged Arc Welding (SAW)
Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) is a highly efficient automated welding method suitable for everything from mild steel to high strength steels. SAW is the most productive welding method and offers deposition rate from typically 8 kg/h (17 lbs/h) to 100 kg/h (220 lbs/h) in special multi-wire applications. The method is used in thickness from 4 mm (5/32") to above 350 mm (14").
Handling Equipment
ESAB has a wide range of equipment for handling and positioning workpieces from 5 up to 1500 tons.
Heads & Torches
Process heads and torches designed for maximum flexibility to meet the individual needs of the welding industry.
SAW Accessory Components
ESAB has a wide range of accessories supporting the process and the operator.
